Delta converges on Posta Mita.
Concerned about the threat of a major Biological atack on U.S. Soil on Day 3, Delta Teams were dispatched to Northern Mexico to help secure the Cordilla Virus.
Day 3
Delta's primary objective was the apprehension of the Cordilla Virus before it could be used against the general popuation of the United States. The Delta Teams were ordered to stay out of sight so their presense wouldn't arouse any suspicion. When Chase Edmunds escapes from the Salazar Compound, he convinces Captain Reiss to be the scout to signal the Delta Teams when he has confirmation of the virus. Chase located the virus, and ordered Delta in. The teams move in and neutralize many of Ramon Salazar's men.

Jack pursues Ramon, and catches up to him. Jack and Delta surround him and triggers the vial which turns out to be an explosive. Jack and Chase realize that Michael Amador fooled them, but another Delta team has cornered Amador as well. When Delta-3 goes to secure Amador, they get wiped by Amador's team of marksmen. Amador escapes with the real Cordilla Virus.
