Dibakar Pandit was an ATU agent active during Day 1.
When Kiran and Trisha Rathod were moved to the Madh Island safe house, Dibakar went to provide extra protection to them. Nakul and Veena arrived first, and liaised with the backup, and then Nikita Rai introduced him along with Chandrashekhar Rao and Omar Sheikh. ("2:00pm-3:00pm")
Dibakar monitored the surveillance cameras from inside the house. When Gajavathanan infiltrated the building, he sneaked into the room behind Dibakar and shot him in the back, killing him. ("3:00pm-4:00pm")
