The Diner was a restaurant just off of Route 66 featured in The Rookie.
Mistaken Identity
After it was visited by the two Russian terrorists, Jason Blaine went to the Diner and looked at a map of the air base where the Russian Ambassador was landing. After Jason used the phone to call CTU Los Angeles, Marge, a waitress at the Diner, informed him of the Russians who looked at the map. Shocked, he set off to stop them.
