Dominic Comperatore (born May 29, 1969; age 51) played a Russian officer during Season 5 of 24.

Biography and career[edit | edit source]

Dominic Comperatore was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Comperatore began his career performing in theater plays in New York. Eventually, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film and television. In the late 90's, Comperatore appeared in several short films.

Through his career, Comperatore has appeared in TV shows like The Shield (with Benito Martinez), CSI: Miami (with Rory Cochrane, Silas Weir Mitchell, and Christina Cox), Entourage (with Kevin Dillon and Rhys Coiro), Windfall (with Sarah Wynter), Blue Bloods, and The Good Wife (with Zach Grenier).

Comperatore has also appeared in films like Street Poet and Fighting Words (both with C. Thomas Howell and James Parks), and Bad Boy. His most notable performance in a feature film was on The Good German where he played Levi, a Holocaust survivor. For this performance, Comperatore lost 25 lbs. The film also features Tony Curran, Igor Korosec, and Leland Orser.
