Donna Madsen was the ex-wife of Peter Madsen during the events of The Game.
Before The Game[]
Donna and Peter had not seen each other for years. After Peter left her, she became addicted to heroin and Del Toro, a drug dealer that traded with Peter, guns for drugs, supplied her addiction. During her interrogation with Jack, she reveals that Peter had been abusive towards her.
She had originally lived in Covina but had later moved to Whittier.
The Game[]
Donna was interrogated by Jack Bauer and revealed Del Toro's name and location, as well as what his connection was to Peter.
