Donny was one of Aron Bashir's men during Day 9.
At around 12:45pm, Donny was at Bashir's West Ealing council estate standing guard outside. Jack Bauer, who was attempting to locate Bashir, noticed Donny and had Chloe O'Brian cut the CCTV footage outside. Jack then roped Donny up by his neck, leaving him hanging as the cameras came back on. Basher sent two of his men down to help Donny down. ("12:00pm-1:00pm")
A little later the CIA arrived and arrested Basher and his men. Agent Kate Morgan questioned Donny about the rope burn on his neck, telling him it could swell and stop his breathing if he didn't get to a hospital. Donny broke and told Morgan that Jack had come looking for Derrick Yates, before Basher told him to stop speaking, saying that Morgan was just playing him. ("1:00pm-2:00pm")
