At around 1:48pm, Jamey Farrell contacted Donovan Exley through an inter-office line to run Facial Recognition Software on an image of an associate of Ayman al-Libbi for Jack Bauer whilst he was in the field at the Federal Building. Exley completed the task on the grainy image straight away.
