Agent Drake was sent to investigate Mitch Anderson's apartment when the alert level was raised up.
Moments after Drake entered Anderson's apartment, she was shot by Nicole, who then impersonated Drake in order to find a secret hard drive that was hidden in the apartment by the deceased Aziz. Nicole was later shot and killed by Jack Bauer after she was discovered.
