Dylan Ramsey (born November 10) is a Czech-born Canadian-American actor who played Rashid Al-Sabi in 24: Legacy.

Biography and careerEdit

Ramsey was born in Prague, Czech Republic to a Polish Jewish mother and an Egyptian father. He was raised in Toronto, Canada and educated in New York at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He now lives in Los Angeles, California.

Ramsey's television work in the U.S. and Canada includes roles in E-Ring (2006, with Benjamin Bratt, Marc Casabani, Dennis Hopper, Philip Shahbaz, and Merik Tadros), NCIS (2007, with Cas Anvar, Mark Derwin, Pauley Perrette, and Necar Zadegan), The Border (2008, with Nazneen Contractor), Nip/Tuck (2008), Ringer (2012), Transporter: The Series (2012, directed by Brad Turner), NCIS: Los Angeles (2014, with Eric Christian Olsen), and CSI: Cyber (2015). He is currently in pre-production for Bloodlines, an original series, appearing in all thirteen episodes.

Ramsey recently wrote, produced and starred in the film Extinction, also featuring Academy Award nominee Sally Kirkland, Mathew St. Patrick, Nicole Steinwedell, Brennan Kelleher and Aislinn Plair.
