Eduardo Bar is an actor who played a CTU staffer in Season 3 of 24.
Bar was born in Argentina, and began acting in plays at a young age. He then moved to Los Angeles, where he began to act as a background performer. In 1997, he found out he was HIV positive and contracted bacterial meningitis, which left him legally blind.
