This article's subject relates to Season 6 of 24.

Elegra Global, headquartered at 5137 Olsen Avenue in Simi Valley, was a defense contractor where Darren McCarthy worked prior to Day 6.

Before Day 6[]

McCarthy was an independent contractor at Elegra when he was hired by BXJ Technologies to dismantle some Soviet nuclear weapons released into the United States by Dmitri Gredenko. His job was to recycle some of the smaller parts for use in the energy industry - he offered the lowest bid to BXJ and Graem Bauer took him on without properly looking into his background. McCarthy then sold the weapons to the terrorist Abu Fayed rather than dismantling them.

The night before Day 6 Graem and his father Phillip learned of McCarthy's actions, and Phillip put together a security team to search for McCarthy. ("11:00am-12:00pm")

Day 6[]

Jack and Graem search McCarthy's computer

After the nuclear attack in Valencia, McCarthy left his office at Elegra in order to flee the city. Phillip's security team were staking out his office, but did not find him. Graem's brother Jack questioned him about BXJ's connections to the weapons. Graem told Jack about McCarthy's involvement, and the two of them came to Elegra's offices to go through McCarthy's computer. ("10:00am-11:00am", "11:00am-12:00pm")

While at the offices Jack encountered Phillip and his security team, and they agreed to work together to find McCarthy. However Irv and the other man with Phillip kidnapped Jack and his father, revealing they were loyal to Graem. Jack and Phillip were taken away from the Elegra Global building to be executed on orders from Graem. ("11:00am-12:00pm")
