Eli Goodman (born July 12, 1971; age 52) played Dr. Joel Levine during Season 8 of 24.

Biography and career[]

Eli Goodman was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He attended The University of New Mexico and The Theatre School at DePaul University in Chicago. Goodman also spent one year traveling the country by train as a clown with the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus.

Goodman started his acting career in Chicago, appearing in many plays like Comedy of Errors, Much Ado About Nothing, and A Christmas Carol, among many others. In 1997, he moved on to TV, appearing in the show Chicago Hope. The episode in which he appeared also featured Željko Ivanek.

Through his career, Goodman has appeared in shows like The Closer (with Raymond Cruz), CSI: NY (with Carmen Argenziano), State of Mind (with Devon Gummersall, Evan Ellingson, and Chris Diamantopoulos), NCIS (with Pauley Perrette), Bones (with Tim Mikulecky and T.J. Thyne), and Longmire (with Katee Sackhoff and Lou Diamond Phillips).
