Eugene Alper played Gregor, an aide to Yuri Suvarov during Season 6 of 24. His primary scene was deleted and he appeared only for a few moments in the aired episode.

Biography and career Edit

Eugene Alper was born and raised in Russia. He earned a Master's degree in Theater in St. Petersburg. Alpert worked as an actor in Theater-Buff winning a prestigious laureateship of the National Competition of Variety Actors.

In 1989, Alpert moved to Los Angeles. Since then, he has appeared in TV shows like The West Wing (with Jimmy Smits), Law & Order: LA (with Raphael Sbarge, Harry Lennix, Alla Korot, and Gene Farber), The Last Ship (with John Pyper-Ferguson), Scandal (with Darby Stanchfield), and Bones (with T.J. Thyne and John Boyd). In 2012, Alper appeared in Kiefer Sutherland's show Touch, along with Jude Ciccolella and Mark Ivanir.

Aside from TV shows, Alpert has also appeared in films like The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle (with Janeane Garofalo), Transformers: Dark of the Moon (with Glenn Morshower), Something Stolen, and American Violence. He was also a member of Antaeus: LA's Classical Theater Ensemble. He appeared in plays like A Christmas Carol, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, and The Rape of Lucrece.
