Williams was a paramedic on duty during Day 2.
After Kim Bauer struck Gary Matheson with a crowbar and took Megan Matheson away, Gary dialed 9-1-1 to report the incident. The Police and paramedics arrived, and Williams tended to Gary's head wound. Gary impatiently dismissed Williams as he tried to give a description of Kim to a police officer. ("10:00am-11:00am")
Later, Williams responded to the bombing of the CTU Los Angeles building. He arrived on scene just after 12pm, and began tending to injured staff. At 12:10pm, he dressed a wound on Michelle Dessler's hand as she co-ordinated the transport of Nina Myers to CTU. Later, after Paula Schaeffer was revived by her paramedic, Williams helped treat her as her condition became critical. Despite their efforts, Paula died from her injuries. ("12:00pm-1:00pm")
