The Larchmont Building was a building in Van Nuys, Los Angeles, with a helipad on its grounds.
On Day 4, Henry Powell arranged for a helicopter flight from the Larchmont Building to take him out of Los Angeles. He arrived there shortly before 3pm, but the helicopter pilot told him the flight had been grounded. He pulled a gun on the pilot, but before he could take off Jack Bauer and Tony Almeida arrived, taking Powell into custody. However, a sniper positioned on the roof of the Larchmont Building shot and killed Powell before he could give them any information. ("2:00pm-3:00pm")
