Erik Charles Betts (born November 22, 1967; age 56) is a stunt actor who has appeared multiple times in 24.

Biography and career[]

Erik Betts was born in Boston, Massachusetts, where he attended Cathedral High School. He is a self-taught gymnast and martial artist since the age of 11. Betts' first film experience was in 1992, with the low-budget film Shootfighter. He also appeared in the TV show The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Betts also appeared in numerous commercials and publicity ads.

Alternating his career as a stunt performer and an actor, Betts has worked on films like G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, Avatar, Ant-Man, and Torque, among many others. He also has worked on TV shows like Major Crimes, Heroes, Training Day, and Alias.

In 2002, Betts had a son, Jaden, with fellow stunt performer and actress Melissa Barker.
