Biography and career[]
Eric Winzenried is an actor based in Los Angeles, California. He started his career in 1995, appearing in the TV show The Client (with JoBeth Williams). After that, he has appeared in other shows like Nash Bridges (with Jaime Gomez), Charmed, New Girl, and Dice (with Clyde Kusatsu). Aside from TV shows, Winzenried has also worked on films like Moneyball, Tropic Thunder, Zoolander, and Boogie Nights.
Role on 24[]
Winzenried played Kohler, one of Conrad Haas' henchmen during Season 5 of 24. His character is the one that chases Chloe O'Brian during the start of "7:00am-8:00am". In one of the first shots he filmed for the show, Winzenried tore his Achilles tendon and couldn't do any of the running scenes, so had to be replaced by Eric Guthrie, the camera loader, whenever Kohler was seen running.
