Is this possible? Was he clearly promoted from one to the other during Hell Gate? Could Admin Director be simply a short form for Regional Div Director? I was never confident that the information we currently have about what ranks/office-names people held in CTU are perfectly accurate. And today an anonymous user brought something to my attention: on both the pages for Regional Division Director and Administrative Director, Ryan Chappelle is listed as holding both offices during Hell Gate.
