: Willo just made up that vote unofficially, so I don't know what his intentions were. Things aren't actually decided by votes on Wiki 24. Concensus involves people stating ''reasons'' for their opinions and the community mmaking decisions based on what's agreed to be the best reasons. One person with a good reason outweighs a hundred voters with bad or no reasons. The only official rules for voting pertains to the Featured Articles, which require you be a registered user for at least two weeks and have made at least twenty significant edits to the main namespace. Reasons are not required for FA votes, they merely help sway others to vote your way. --[[User:Proudhug|proudhug]] 13:37, 17 June 2009 (UTC)
