During the aftermath of the Drazen shootout, Jack Bauer asked a Coast Guard officer for permission to claim his daughter's body. The officer was confused, and called Frank to see if a body was found on his watch. Neither the Coast Guard nor the harbormaster's patrol had found anything. This news was a great relief for Jack, who had been deceived to think his daughter was dead; it also confirmed that Nina Myers had lied, and was a mole at CTU Los Angeles. ("Day 1: 11:00pm-12:00am")
