At 11:15pm, Frank let Kim Bauer into his closed store to use the bathroom. Ramon Garcia also wanted to enter the store in order to get supplies. Davies told him they were closed and called the police, but Garcia broke in the store and got a few things. Kim pulled out a gun and Garcia took it from her. Davies tried to defend himself but Garcia accidentally shot Davies and killed him. ("11:00pm-12:00am", "12:00am-1:00am")
