George Alan (born February 27, 1972; age 52) is an actor who played two roles on 24:
- In Season 1, he played a Secret Service agent who was jogging alongside Keith Palmer.
- In Season 3, he played Dr. Joyner.
He was uncredited for his work on the show.
Biography and career[]
George Alan was born in Detroit, Michigan. He was discovered at the age of sixteen by a modeling scout at a local mall, and went on to work as a model in New York, Miami, Greece, Milano, and Asia. He then became a photographer for the Elite and Wilhelmina Agency before moving to Los Angeles.
Alan then worked on stage and commercials, until 2001, when he got his first TV role on Ally McBeal (with Peter MacNicol). He has also appeared in shows like Charmed (with Jaime Gomez), The Division (with John Rubinstein), Entourage (with Kevin Dillon and Leighton Meester), and Criminal Minds. He also had an uncredited role in Lost as a flight attendant.
Aside from TV, Alan has also appeared in the 2004 film Straight-Jacket with fellow 24 actors Adrian Neil, Adrian R'Mante, Ryun Yu, and Matt Bushell. Since 2015, Alan has been a frequent stand-in for actors John Stamos, Mark-Paul Gosselar, and Dylan McDermott.
