Gregory James Fitzpatrick (born June 1) is an award-winning stunt performer and actor who had several roles on 24.

Biography and career[]

Greg Fitzpatrick was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, but raised in New York. He studied English Literature and Philosophy in college. However, Fitzpatrick developed an interest in acting, and after graduating, went to Los Angeles to study Sanford Meisner's Method.

Fitzpatrick started working as an actor in the 1990's having small roles on TV shows like Silk Stalkings and Martial Law. He also had a recurring role as Spike on DiResta. Since 1998, he started working as a stunt performer on films like Soldier (with Dustin Meier), Poseidon, Angels and Demons, and Real Steel. He has also worked on TV shows like Numb3rs and Blue Bloods.

Outside of his stunt work, Fitzpatrick has primarily doubled for comedian Ben Stiller and actor Robert Downey Jr. on various films. He has also doubled for Ben Feldman, Kevin Alejandro, and Rob Morrow, among many others.

In 2005, Fitzpatrick won a Taurus World Stunt Award for his work on the 2004 comedy Starsky and Hutch and the person hosting that segment of the show, who was there to present his award, was Kiefer Sutherland.
