Gregg Lee Henry (born May 6, 1952; age 71) played Jonathan Wallace during Season 2 of 24.

Biography and career

Gregg Henry was born in Lakewood, Colorado. He studied acting at the University of Washington in Seattle. After graduating, Henry moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. He worked as an apprentice at the Old Globe Theater in San Diego, and also played in a band for several months.

Henry started his acting career with a regular role as Nick Nolte's son in the TV series Rich Man, Poor Man - Book II. After that, he has had recurring or lead roles in shows like Gilmore Girls (with Mary Lynn Rajskub), Hung, Scandal (with Darby Stanchfield), and The Following (with Gbenga Akinnagbe). Henry has also appeared in shows like Firefly (with Gina Torres), Castle (with Stana Katic), Numb3rs (with Navi Rawat and Peter MacNicol), and Breakout Kings (with Domenick Lombardozzi).

Aside of TV shows, Henry is known for his role as Val Resnick in Payback, where he starred together with William Devane. Other films in which he has appeared are Any Day Now (with Chris Mulkey), United 93, Slither, Star Trek: Insurrection, and Guardians of the Galaxy. Henry is also a frequent collaborator of director Brian De Palma, appearing in five of his films: Scarface (with Harris Yulin), Body Double, Raising Cain, Femme Fatale, and The Black Dahlia (with Mia Kirshner).
