Skinner has been a camera operator for 24 since Season 3, as well as for all episodes of The Rookie.
He was also the Director of Photography for four episodes during Season 2 during a supposed period of absence of Rodney Charters. In 2012, Skinner was the director of photography for the acclaimed indie film Least Among Saints, which was directed by, written and starred Martin Papazian. In 2014, Skinner was made the director of photography for the 24: Solitary DVD short.
