The HK List was a list mentioned by Robert Ellis during a conversation with David Palmer on Day 1.
Ellis asked Palmer if he recognised any of the names on the list, and Palmer mentioned Rich Dolan and Michael Redman as familiar. However, Ellis explained that they were not cleared until after Operation Nightfall. ("Day 1: 2:00pm-3:00pm")
