Hakeem Kae-Kazim (born October 1, 1962; age 61) played Colonel Iké Dubaku in 24: Redemption and Season 7.
Biography and career[]
Hakeem Kae-Kazim was born in Lagos, Nigeria to an accountant and a civil engineer. His parents emigrated to the United Kingdom when he was still a baby.
Kae-Kazim has had roles on TV series like Lost (with Henry Ian Cusick), Cane (with Mark Ivanir), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (with Tamara Tunie and Tracy Middendorf), Covert Affairs (with Sarah Clarke), Gotham, and Grange Hill. He also had a brief recurring storyline on NCIS: Los Angeles as well as doing cartoon voice-overs.
Kae-Kazim has also starred in films like Hotel Rwanda, The Front Line (with James Frain), Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (with Greg Ellis), and Slipstream (with Sean Astin). More recently, Kae-Kazim has provided voice-over roles for the Halo video game series, playing Dr. Endesha in the "Sadie's Story" segment of Halo 3: ODST and playing the supersoldier Jorge-052 in Halo: Reach.

Kae-Kazim played the role of Iké Dubaku during 24: Redemption and Season 7 of 24. Dubaku was a Sangalan rebel that worked for General Benjamin Juma. Aside of his appearance in Redemption, Kae-Kazim appeared in 9 episodes of Season 7. He was credited as a guest star for his role.
Kae-Kazim was born on the same day as Zolile Nokwe, who played his brother in 24: Redemption.
