Threatening to expose her real identity to her co-workers, Kevin Wade blackmailed Dana Walsh into helping them break into an NYPD evidence lock-up in Harlem, where more than a hundred thousand dollars from a recent drug bust were stored. Wade and Nick Coughlin managed to break in with her assistance from CTU, but ended up savagely beating a patrolman on guard duty before getting away.
Elaine Al-Zacar lived in an apartment in 4211 East 117th Street in East Harlem, where she and her husband raised their son Marcos. Cole Ortiz and a CTU field team went to her apartment to bring her to St. Julian's Hospital after Marcos tried to assassinate Farhad Hassan and then locked himself in a pressure chamber.
