Igor Korosec (born March 24, 1972; age 52) played the second Russian terrorist during Day 2 of The Rookie.
Biography and career[]
Igor Korosec was born in Kranj, Slovenia. He started performing at the age of six, and later decided to perform in theater. In high school, Korosec also studied drama. At this point, he established his own theatrical group called Izza Kulis. After high school, he traveled to Moscow where he studied at the Russian Academy of Arts, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1996.
Korosec's first American role was in 2003 on an episode of Alias (with Al Sapienza and Andrew Borba). After that, he has appeared in shows like The Unit (with Dennis Haysbert, Max Martini, and Michael Irby), Rizzoli & Isles (with Brian Goodman), and Undercovers.
Aside of TV, Korosec appeared in the film The Good German, with Tony Curran and Leland Orser. He is also a prolific theater actor and director back in his country.
