Isaac Carter

Isaac Carter was a drug dealer and the brother of United States Army Ranger Eric Carter.

Biography

He and Eric have been estranged due to both sharing romantic interests in Eric's wife Nicole and he blamed his brother for taking her away from him. He lived in Southeast, Washington, D.C..

Day 10

When Eric's life became endangered as his identity as a Ranger who killed terrorist mastermind Ibrahim Bin-Khalid was leaked, Isaac begrudgingly accepted Eric's plea to house Nicole until the situation calmed down. Isaac has a girlfriend, Aisha. ("Day 10: 12:00pm-1:00pm")

Eric asked Isaac for $2,000,000 to do a deal with Ben Grimes but Isaac couldn't provide it. He jokingly suggested Eric rob a police station for nearly $4,000,000 in evidence, but Eric took his suggestion seriously and took off. ("Day 10: 1:00pm-2:00pm")

Isaac went out to do a drug deal with Julian Royo, unaware that his turncoat girlfriend Aisha had talked to Royo behind her back and gave her endorsement of Isaac's death. Aisha is also hostile towards Nicole. ("Day 10: 2:00pm-3:00pm")

Isaac and his goons arrived in the meeting point with Royo. During the meeting, he got a call from Nicole who warned that Royo was going to kill him and that Aisha & Jerome, his rogue henchman, were in on it. With that warning, Isaac bluffed Royo that he has men with snipers on the warehouse so they can honor the deal. With the deal done, Isaac returned to his base of operations and bribed Officer Fernandez & his partner into releasing Nicole, who was arrested when Aisha & Jerome ran away. ("Day 10: 3:00pm-4:00pm")
