James Arnold Taylor (born July 22, 1969; age 56) is an American voice actor that performed additional voices on 24: The Game. He is a prolific voice actor for numerous TV shows and video games.

James Arnold Taylor was born in Santa Barbara, California. He started his career as a voice actor in 1990, voicing Red Noah in the English version of Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water.
During his career, Taylor has voiced characters like Obi-Wan Kenobi, Johnny Test, Green Arrow, Harry Osborn, and Jack Sparrow, among others. He has also voiced characters for video games like Ratchet & Clank and Disney Infinity.
Aside from voice-acting, Taylor is a published author and motivational speaker. He has been married to Allison Taylor since 1991.
