James Shepherd was the executive producer for 24: The Game.
Biography and career Edit
James Shepherd is from the United Kingdom. He studied at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne from 1988 to 1992. After completing a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art, he went to Bournemouth University. In 1994, Shepherd graduated with a Master's degree in 3D Computer Visualization.
Shortly after graduating, Shepherd started working for Millennium Interactive as Lead Artist and Lead Designer. In 1997, he started working for Sony Computer Entertainment Europe as a Lead Designer. During his time with Sony, he occupied multiple positions including Creative Director and Director of New Technologies. In 2003, he was assigned to serve as Executive Producer for 24: The Game. After that, he served as Studio Development Director for 6 years.
Shepherd left Sony in 2012 to work with Microsoft: Soho Studio. During that time, he also worked as a consultant in Concept Generation, Creative Direction, and Production Planning. In 2016, he became CEO of Cypherdelic.
Role on 24 Edit
According to Shepherd's LinkedIn profile, he started working as a troubleshooter for 24: The Game, eventually taking the role of executive producer. He reworked the script to tie it into the 24 brand, and directed third parties involved in the project.
