Jean-Carlos Felix

Jean-Carlos "JC" Felix is an actor who had two roles on 24:

• In Season 1, he played a Secret Service assigned to protect David Palmer. In "2:00am-3:00am", he picked Palmer up from the Hotel Rosslyn. During the breakfast speech in "7:00am-8:00am" he stood to the left of the stage, before running in front to protect the stage from the potential assassination attempt. Later, he stood guard in the classroom at Grant Street Elementary School, and ushered reporters out of Palmer's way as they walked outside the school.
• In Season 2, he played an FBI agent who was present after Mamud Rasheed Faheen was arrested in Visalia.

Felix was born in Haiti and grew up in Florida. He served in the United States Navy prior to his acting career.
