Jeff Israel (born September 22, 1971; age 49) was an assistant editor on 24: Live Another Day.

Biography and career[edit | edit source]

Jeff Israel was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He has a twin brother called James.

Israel started his career in Hollywood in the late 90s, working as an assistant in different facets of filmmaking (location, assistant director, set production, camera, grip). In 2001, Jeff and his brother released a short film titled Back and Forth. The brothers have a production company called Back and Forth, and have worked together on several other short and feature films.

Aside from that, Jeff has worked in the editing department of TV shows like Friday Night Lights, Teen Wolf, and Awkward.
