Day 4[]
Jen had a job at a bar, where she was scheduled to work when Tony brought Jack Bauer and Audrey Raines home following an attempt on their lives at Felsted Security. Surprised to find someone in Tony's home, Jack pulled a gun on her. She was reluctant to let Jack and Audrey stay, and became angry when Tony told her she couldn't go to work or use the phone until they left.
When Tony stayed on to help at CTU Los Angeles, Jen spent the day on the phone trying to find him despite her lack of patience with him earlier. Finally, around 2:20am, she reached Michelle Dessler, who passed the phone on to Tony. Jen demanded to know why Tony was working at CTU, which he claimed to hate, and with his ex-wife. Tony told her they would talk about it later and hung up.
