Jerad Anderson played a hostage during Season 5 of 24. Aside from being an actor, he was also one of the founding members and lead guitarist of the band 100 Monkeys.

Biography and career Edit

Jerad Anderson was born in San Diego, California. He attended the San Diego State University, where he completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies in 2003. Soon after, Anderson started working as a promotions coordinator for Clear Channel Communication.

In 2005, Anderson started his career as a producer and actor, appearing in TV shows like ER, CSI: Miami and Just for Kicks, as well as films like Bratz and Bad Reputation. During this time, he also produced some short and feature films.

In 2008, Anderson founded the band 100 Monkeys, along with friends Jackson Rathbone, Ben Graupner, Ben Johnson and Uncle Larry. Anderson was lead guitarist. The band toured the US and Europe, and was listed by Rolling Stone as one of 2010's Top 5 Break Out Bands to Watch. 100 Monkeys recorded an album titled Liquid Zoo before disbanding in 2012.

After that, Anderson has focused in his career as a producer, working for various companies while also founding startups like Watchbox Media and Whitelist, where he currently serves as Executive Producer.

Anderson has been married to Kristina Lauren since 2008.
