Jeremy Campbell was the oldest son of CTU agent Seth Campbell and his wife Judy Campbell.
After Seth Campbell was imprisoned for accepting bribes, Judy's mental state deteriorated from the pressure of raising their four children alone, and she eventually hanged herself. Jeremy was twelve years old at the time.
