Jeronimo Spinx (born December 6) played Dubaku's driver during Season 7 of 24.

Biography and career[]

Spinx was born in the US growing up in Peoria, Illinois. He served in the US Navy as a Hospital corpsman. At one point, Spinx decided to pursue a career in acting. He started performing in theater during his last months of active duty, while stationed at Naval Air Station Lemoore, in California. After that, Spinx performed in several stage productions in and around San Francisco and Los Angeles, primarily with The Actors' Gang Theatre Company.

Spinx began his career on film with a small, uncredited role on The Rock, which also starred Tony Todd and Gregory Sporleder. After that, he starred in films like The Gold Cup, Camera Obscura (with V.J. Foster), and Hijacked. He has also appeared on several short films like Clear Cut, Simple (with Navid Negahban and Herzl H. Tobey).

Aside of his appearance in 24, Spinx has also appeared in shows like Criminal Minds (with Wade Andrew Williams and Clayne Crawford) and Unusual Suspects. He also had a recurring guest role on NCIS: Los Angeles from 2009 to 2012, where he appeared with Timothy V. Murphy and Sterling Macer, Jr..

Spinx played Ike Dubaku's driver during two episodes of Season 7. In the driving scenes, his stunt double were stunt coordinator Jeff Cadiente and Jalil Jay Lynch. Spinx was credited as a co-star on both episodes.
