John Bisom (March 6, 1965 – March 16, 2012; age 47) played the role of Ford in the premiere episode of Season 3 of 24.
Biography and career[]
John Bisom was born in Los Angeles, California. He was a TV, film, and theatre actor. During his career, he appeared in TV shows like The X-Files (with Mark Rolston), Roswell (with Yorgo Constantine), Charmed (with Alla Korot), and Desperate Housewives (with Steven Culp, Ricardo Chavira, and Doug Savant). Bisom also had a role on the hit animated film Shrek.
Bisom was also a prolific theatre actor. He performed in plays like Jekyll and Hyde, The Will Rogers Follies, The Music Man, Crazy for You, Mamma Mia!, and Sweeney Todd, among many others.[1]
Bisom took his own life on March 16, 2012, at the age of 47. He had been suffering from depression for several months before his death.[2]
