John Brantley Cole, Jr. started his professional acting career in 1999. That year, he appeared in the film Mystery Men (with Janeane Garofalo and Eddie Izzard), as well as an episode of Time of Your Life (with Pauley Perrette and Bruce Nozick). After that, Cole has appeared in other TV shows like The West Wing, Grey's Anatomy, Dollhouse (with Reed Diamond and Harry Lennix), Castle (with Stana Katic and Scott Paulin), and Mistresses.
Aside of TV shows, Cole has also appeared in other films like Moneyball (with Reed Diamond and Glenn Morshower) and I-See-You.Com. He has also played the lead in various theatre plays like West Side Story and Into the Woods.
