The Joint Congressional Intelligence Oversight Committee was a committee of the United States Congress, comprised of members from both the Senate and House of Representatives, responsible for investigating wrongdoing by the United States' intelligence agencies.
After the House Special Subcommittee concluded its investigation of the Drazen family's mission against David Palmer and Jack Bauer, a number of unresolved issues were relegated to the Intelligence Oversight Committee for further investigation. These included the identity of Dagger, the mole who leaked intel on Victor Drazen's incarceration to Alexis Drazen, and the possible role of General Donovan Henderson in the sabotage of Operation Nightfall.
