Joseph Millson (born April 27, 1974; age 46) is a British actor and singer who played Derrick Yates in 24: Live Another Day.

Biography and career Edit

Joseph Millson was born in Berkshire, England. He trained as an actor at the Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama in Sidcup, Kent. Millson is known to musical theater audiences for playing Raoul, Vicomte de Chagny, in the original West End production of Love Never Dies, Andrew Lloyd Webber's sequel to The Phantom of the Opera.

Millson has also appeared in several TV shows through his career. Some of the ones he has worked on are New Tricks, Ashes to Ashes, Survivors, and Penny Dreadful. He has also had recurring or lead roles in the shows Talk to Me, The Sarah Jane Adventures, Campus, Holby City, Peak Practice, and Banished.

Aside of TV, Millson has appeared in films like Casino Royale (with Isaach De Bankole), Devil's Bridge, I Give it a Year (with Stephen Merchant), Dead of the Nite (with Tony Todd), The Dead 2: India, and Angel Has Fallen (with Guy List).
