Kevin Michael Alejandro (born April 7, 1976; age 48) is a Mexican-American actor who played Kevin, one of the terrorists working for Omar during Season 4.

Biography and career[]

Kevin Alejandro was born in San Antonio, Texas, but grew up in the small town of Snyder, in West Texas. He attended the University of Texas at Austin. He has Mexican heritage on his mother's side.

Alejandro began his professional acting career in 2003, appearing in the film Graduation Night (with Jeremy Ray Valdez and Adrian R'Manté). After that, he has appeared in films like Purgatory Flats (with Gregg Henry), Strange Wilderness, Creature of Darkness, Wake (with Sprague Grayden), Crossing Over, Red State (with Stephen Root), and Medeas.

Aside of films, Alejandro has appeared in shows like Crossing Jordan (with Ravi Kapoor, Maury Sterling, and Kenneth Choi), E-Ring (with Benjamin Bratt, Alex Carter, Jennifer Carta, and Dennis Hopper), NCIS (with Pauley Perrette and David Dayan Fisher), Eleventh Hour (with Jorge-Luis Pallo, Presciliana Esparolini, and Kiran Rao), Heroes (with Zachary Quinto and Željko Ivanek), and Breakout Kings (with Domenick Lombardozzi and Jimmi Simpson).

Most notably, Alejandro has had recurring or lead roles in many shows like Sleeper Cell, which also featured Omid Abtahi. He also played a part in the television series Drive, which featured Riley Smith, Dariush Kashani, and Michael Hyatt, as well as in Ugly Betty, which featured Tony Plana. In 2007, he joined the cast of the CBS television series, Shark, as Deputy District Attorney Danny Reyes. He stayed in the show until the following year.

Currently, he plays the role of Detective Dan Espinoza in Lucifer (with Patrick Fabian, Graham McTavish, Timothy Omundson, Dennis Haysbert and DB Woodside).

Other shows in which he has had recurring or lead roles were Grey's Anatomy, True Blood, Golden Boy (with Ron Yuan), and Arrow (with Paul Blackthorne and Colin Salmon).
