Kirk Baltz (born September 14, 1959; age 62) played the role of Teddy Hanlin on Season 1 of 24.

Biography and career[]

Kirk Baltz was born in New York City. He began his acting career in the late 80's with appearances in films like Dances with Wolves and Out of the Rain. However, he is best known for his role as Marvin Nash, an LAPD police officer in the 1992 hit Quentin Tarantino film Reservoir Dogs (with Michael Madsen).

After that, Baltz also starred in Natural Born Killers (with Tom Sizemore and Evan Handler), Face/Off (with Colm Feore and Tommy Flanagan), Where's Marlowe? (with Wendy Crewson), Forfeit (with Billy Burke and Gregory Itzin), and Parker.

Baltz has also done many movies made for TV and he starred in the 1999 mini series To Serve and Protect. He also starred in the short lived 1992 TV series Human Target. He has made guest appearances on TV shows, including NYPD Blue (with Ricky Schroder), Seven Days, The Shield (with Benito Martinez), and Without a Trace (with Daniel Dae Kim).

Baltz played the role of Teddy Hanlin during Season 1 of 24. He was a sniper working for CTU that held a personal grudge against Jack Bauer. Baltz appeared in two episodes, and was credited as a guest star.
