Liam O'Shea was a member of the separatist Irish Republican Army.
At the time of the House Special Subcommittee's investigation into the Drazen family's vendetta against Bauer Senator David Palmer, O'Shea was one of eleven high-value prisoners being held in secret in the Department of Defense's Mobile Underground Detention and Detainment network.
In testimony, Lieutant Colonel Kevin Newton of the DIA's Special Unit for Counterintelligence Initiatives provided O'Shea's name to the Subcommittee, along with terror suspect Abdullah Al-Adel and Japanese bioterrorist Ichiro Nakada. (Findings at CTU)
