Luis Annicon

Luis Annicon was the district attorney that was assigned to druglord Ramon Salazar. His family was killed by the Salazars previously and he had become friends with federal agent Jack Bauer.

He had a wife, and two sons named Thomas and Luis Jr.

Day 3

Annicon was strongly opposed to giving Salazar any kind of deal. He was strangled by Salazar's own prison guard, Jeff Benson, who did so because Salazar's men had taken his son hostage, promising to free him if Benson killed Annicon.
