Luis Diaz

Luis was Senator John Donovan's maternal uncle, and a political operative for his nephew's campaign for President of the United States.

In the afternoon of Day 10, at Henry Donovan's fundraiser, John greeted his uncle, speaking in Spanish before Henry jokingly told them to cut it out. Henry showed John a troubling attack ad by the Gage campaign indicating that Nilaa Mizrani had prayed at the radical Parkland Mosque. Luis showed John photographs proving that Nilaa had been there.

Luis was aiding Donovan, who was the real source of the leak of the Rangers' identities. He helped frame Nilaa Mizrani for it. ("Day 10: 2:00pm-3:00pm")

• Daniel Zacapa, the actor who played Luis, is only four years Jimmy Smits' senior.
