Lynn Rawson was the sister of Judy Campbell and the sister-in-law of CTU agent Seth Campbell.
After Seth Campbell was imprisoned for accepting bribes, Judy's mental state deteriorated from the pressure of raising their four children alone, and she refused to seek treatment despite Lynn's urging. Judy eventually hanged herself, and her children were sent to live with Lynn, their maternal aunt, in San Diego. (Findings at CTU)
