This article's subject relates to Season 6 of 24.

Malek was an employee at the Islamic-American Alliance during Day 6.

Day 6

Malek was working with computers at the IAA when FBI agents led by Agents Samuels and Nichols entered with the IAA director, Walid Al-Rezani. Walid believed that the FBI agents had a valid warrant, and asked Malek to turn over the personnel database of Muslim employees to the agents. Malek seemed hesitant, but went to retrieve the data. He was unsuccessful, as Sandra Palmer, the lawyer representing the IAA, had completely deleted all the records to protect the company from an illegal search. Agent Samuels was incensed and had both Sandra and Walid arrested, and ordered Nichols to impound every computer in the building.
