Lawson was born on April 19, 1990. Both his parents worked in the government and military, which led him to eventually join the military as well. Lawson began his professional career working as an extra on Vampire Diaries. After that, he worked as an extra on TV shows like Breaking Bad and The Originals.
In 2017, Lawson appeared in the films Spook Bridge and Bound. The next years, he appeared in TV documentaries like Fatal Attraction and Homicide Hunter.
